Interested in a Running a Booth at India Fest 2025?
Booth Details & Guidelines:

Each booth includes a 10’x10’ space, 1 table + 2 chairs, and an optional curtain/rod backdrop (extra cost)

Fees:

  • Nonprofits (501c3): Free (unless selling or booth not tied to nonprofit cause – $100 in
    that case)
  • Commercial booths: Flat fee of $250
    Once approved, payment is due by Aug 5 th .
