India Fest 2025 is on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025 at the Rhema Ninowski Recreation Center. India Fest provides an opportunity to watch exciting dances, learn about Indian culture and taste Indian cuisine all in one place! This event is FREE and open to the public!

Interested in a Running a Booth at India Fest 2025?
Booth Details & Guidelines:
Each booth includes a 10’x10’ space, 1 table + 2 chairs, and an optional curtain/rod backdrop (extra cost)
Fees:
- Nonprofits (501c3): Free (unless selling or booth not tied to nonprofit cause – $100 in
that case) - Commercial booths: Flat fee of $250
Once approved, payment is due by Aug 5 th .

Include details about your booth, nonprofit status (if applicable), and any special requests. Include phone number for direct contact. Submission does not guarantee approval. Once the booth request is submitted an IAGT Booth Coordinator will confirm selected booths and provide additional information.
